Do you belong to a professional association?

Yes, Adsett Braddock is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. In addition we are certified Xero and MYOB partners.

Our key staff have worked as a team together for over 12 years. We genuinely want to be your business partners and share our extensive knowledge with you to assist you to become more successful.

Will I have access to experienced people or will I be offloaded to a junior?

Your primary contact will be with either Stephanie or Ravita both of whom are managers and have more than 25 years of chartered accounting experience each. They should be able to answer 95% of all your questions without you having to go back and forth. We pride ourselves on keeping things simple and getting the job done. You are also free to call Rob (Managing Partner) at any time.

Will I be able to speak to a human instead of an answer service or machine?

We pride ourselves on picking up the phone – give us a try! It’s mutually beneficial to solve problems fast. As the old saying goes, a stitch in time saves nine.

How do I engage your services and change from my existing accountant?

Give us a call, send an email or come in and meet us? We can discuss your needs to determine how we can help you and then contact your existing accountant to request any documentation they hold on your behalf. It is a seamless process which we will manage for you.

Will you deal with the IRD on our behalf?

When you become a client we will act as your tax agent. The IRD will correspond with us and in turn we will contact you. This takes away a lot of stress, as we receive the correspondence on your behalf, which we can then communicate to you in layperson’s terms. We will act as Tax Agent which will give you time extensions to complete your tax returns.

Are your fees competitive?

Yes. Our model is to employ skilled, experienced staff who are able to get the job done quickly. Time is money. This approach provides good value for money and are happy to discuss this with you.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have dedicated client parking spaces under our building. Whenever you want to come in to see us in central Auckland, just let us know you require a carpark.
